The mission of AWiderCircle.org is to work toward ending poverty by providing basic need items, education, and long term support. This charity offers the following programs:
Neighbor -to-Neighbor
Provides small and large home goods, such as beds, table and chairs, dishes, pots and pans to those transitioning out of a shelter, leaving a domestic violence situation, or to anyone who cannot afford basic need items.
Job Preparedness
An educational program is offered that helps with skills pertaining to a job such as resume-writing and interview techniques. Job coaches are also available.
Wellness Workshops
Several workshops such as Financial Planning, Healthy Parenting, Stress Management, and Nutrition are offered.
Well Mother, Well Baby
This program teaches pregnant teens how to have a healthy pregnancy and the information they need to obtain a bright future. A graduation baby shower is provided where basic need items, such as a crib, diapers, clothing, ect, are given to the new mom.

Great introduction to a charity I had never heard of. Sounds like they are an all-encompassing group that provides much needed services to many in need. Are they available in all cities? Their office is in Maryland and I am not sure if they offer help outside of that state. There is a phone number on the website to call if you have any questions. Happy A-Z to you as well.
