Caiden’s Hope Foundation is a non-profit organization that has been around since 2010. It is located in Texas (San Antonio, Conroe and College Station) and California (Ventura).

This foundation helps assist families of NICU patients with transportation if their baby needs to be transferred to a facility far away from home.

Caiden’s Hope Foundation helps with prepaid gas cards, daily meals, short term hotel accommodations, bus and rail transportation, parking costs and air fare.
