A few years ago when I was going to an online college I took an Environmental Science class. This class certainly opened up my eyes to how our environment can affect human health.
From what I have been told 25% of all deaths are due to environmental issues.
Today I am talking to the creator of the Facebook group, Environmental Health Awareness Group.
Ray Dehghan has been diagnosed with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity. He is actively trying to find detached toxin free housing as his life may be at serious risk. He blogs about his situation at Save My Life With Toxin Free Housing.
Please welcome Ray Dehghan
Please tell the readers a little about the group.
It is to raise awareness of the increasingly important topic of environmental health and environmental illness. Environmental illness is treatable. Creating environmental health and treating environmental illness can save many taxpayer dollars.
What inspired you to create this group?
I wanted to raise awareness of the importance of environmental health. I have devastating environmental illness – multiple chemical sensitivities.
What would you like this group to accomplish?
I would like as many people as possible to be aware and get more involved in advocating for environmental health.
Thank you Ray for taking the time to tell us about this much needed, very important group!

Interesting post. In the last few years, there seem to be more and more people suffering from environmental chemical problems. I hope Ray finds his safe house. Find me here. LINK
It does seem like environmental issues have been making some people ill. I hope he finds a safe place to live as well.
I think over the last few decades, our society has been so over-dosed with chemicals that we’ve created many allergens and toxic environments for people. Not all chemicals are bad, of course, but I do believe we rely on far too many.
I agree!
