About this award:
I love the concept of these awards. It’s a fun way to make bloggers feel recognized and it helps with networking. I always appreciate when I am nominated as it’s a hard decision to only choose a few bloggers when the Internet is filled with so many talented ones!
Seven Facts About Me:
It has taken me about 2 years to post this award blog nomination. Found it while going through my blog post drafts. It was all done but for some reason never got published.
I graduated college with an Associates of Arts Degree at the age of 56. I will be paying student loans well into my 90’s.
I am afraid of thunder and lightning and it’s hard to pretend that I’m not when my grandchildren are around.
Where ever I go people seem to start a conversation with me and I walk away knowing their problems. I think this is hereditary as many of my relatives have this happen to them as well.
I have 11 grandchildren, so far. They all live in another state so I don’t get to see them often.
Texting is not one of my favorite things to do. I’d much rather actually talk to someone, you know, like back in the day.
I believe the glass is half full, that most people are good, and that most things can be worked out by truthful communication and listening effectively (not on the defensive).

Congrats on the well deserved award! I’ve not come across the MyGraine blog before so I’ll check that out now. Wow, 11 grandkids, that’s amazing but it’s a shame you don’t get to see them as much as I’d imagine you’d like to. Hope you’re having a good week so far lovely ♥

I’m hoping to move near them in the near future. My weeks has started out great. Hope yours is going well also.
I am also afraid of thunder and lightning. My daughter is not so things can be difficult cause I do not want her to grow up with this fear but it is really hard to hide.
It’s hard to hide fears, but we try really hard when our children are around. Shows how much we care about them.
