Even though I love music, I have yet to create a music playlist.
I do know the musical selection of such a list though. I love songs from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, with my all-time favorites belonging to the decade of the 70’s.
In my opinion, I don’t know what happened to music from the 90’s and forward. Don’t get me wrong, there are great songs from this period but most just make me want to shut off the device I am listening on.
I understand that music evolves but I just can’t seem to enjoy this music. And I’ve tried.
My spotify playlist is a mix of Motown, seventies, eighties. Take That, George Michael, Debbie Harry and Elton John. Ive also added Garth Brooks in preparation for his Dublin concert this year 🤩
All those would be part of a playlist of mine. I suppose I should make one. Thank you for commenting. Take care.
Definitely the 70s was my favourite songs, Gallagher & Lyle, Dr Hook, Elton John and many others. It sort of lost its way for me when we got in the 80s. 😊 Thank you for supporting my blog too.
I noticed that the music seemed to start losing it’s appeal to me starting with the 90’s, Although I did like a song here and there! I absolutely love your blog!
Thank you, Cheryl, that really is very kind of you and means a lot to me. I agree with the music. To me, the 70’s were everything followed by the 60s.
