In 1979, I had my first child at the age of 22. It was a girl.
Then in 1981, I gave birth to a boy. So did my mother. Yes, we were pregnant at the same time! My son was born in May and my brother, in June.
In 1992, I gave birth to another boy.
I also raised two other children, who were not biological. That story will be told in the book I have been working on.
So far I have 11 grandchildren, 6 girls and 5 boys.
AND…I am now the great-grandmother to a girl. She will be one this month and I have yet to meet her.
