Shhhhhhh, don’t tell my dog that I’m actually a cat person! Yep, that’s right. But right now I have a dog and her blog, Misty Blue’s Reviews, is actually doing the A to Z Challenge too, so I decided to blog a bit about her. The theme there is Animal Non-Profits.
Misty Blue is a Shetland Sheepdog that was bought with the intention of training her as a service dog for me. Turns out the girl has far more issues than I have. She has extreme anxiety, mostly noise. It has made it difficult to train her. She also has some medical issues. But she is still a work in progress!
She is exceptionally smart. One trainer that came to the house told me if I didn’t watch out she would be training me….LOL Thing is, I am starting to think she has.

Your secret is safe with me…
I have a Pom that looks very much like Misty Blue, smaller version. She is a rescued ex-breeder who was never trained or socialized. Talk about issues!
Poms are cute! It really is sad when you get a dog that wasn’t brought up properly and now has so many issues. Misty Blue didn’t even know what a ball was, when I got her at 4 months old. Now she always seems to have one in her mouth and wants to play.
